AI training for your employees, funded by the OPCO Atlas.
Your company belongs to the French branch of engineering offices, consulting engineers and consulting firms (the Syntec collective agreement): its OPCO, the French employer-funded training body, is Atlas. Our 21-hour AI bootcamps, at €990 per participant, VAT-exempt, remote, can be funded under its skills development plan, according to its criteria. We put the file together with you: training agreement and programme.
Training is delivered in French, remotely in a virtual classroom. These are French schemes, under French rules. We never promise funding before having checked it.
2026 training budget: to commit your budget before the end of the year, Passerelle puts you in touch with an expert trainer, funded by your OPCO under its rules. The AI bootcamps start in January 2027.
WHAT ATLAS FUNDS
What the OPCO Atlas covers.
Company with 50 employees or more
Atlas provides for possible funding through a voluntary contribution, and states that the engineering and consulting firms branch offers funding to companies with more than 50 employees.
A Qualiopi-certified provider
Atlas only funds training delivered by a provider certified Qualiopi (the French quality certification for training providers) or holding another certification recognised by France compétences. ASphere is Qualiopi-certified for training activities.

Atlas’s general terms accept distance learning, virtual classrooms included, but not self-study without any interaction with a trainer. Our bootcamps are taken live, in a virtual classroom, with expert trainers selected by ASphere.
The amounts: in myAtlas, not here. Coverage ceilings depend on your branch, your headcount and the funds available. Atlas displays them on its “Critères de financement” page once your branch is selected, and in your myAtlas account: that is where to read them. We do not copy them onto this site; to be confirmed under your Atlas rules.

How many places does your ceiling cover?
Assumptions: the public price of the bootcamp, €990 per participant, VAT-exempt; Atlas covers this actual cost up to your company’s ceiling.
Places funded = ceiling shown in myAtlas ÷ €990, rounded down. The other way round, here are the teaching costs to compare with your ceiling:

STEP BY STEP
How Atlas funding works.
- You choose the bootcamp and its session, or a private session for your team alone, and you write to us.
- We send you the training agreement and the programme (objectives, content of the 21 hours, format, assessment), with the documents expected in the format Atlas requests.
- You file the request on myAtlas, before the first day of training. Atlas requires the funding request to be sent to it “before the start of the training”, through its online services.
- Atlas reviews the file and notifies you of its decision in myAtlas. Only Atlas’s written agreement commits it to funding.
- Your employees take the bootcamp remotely, live, in a virtual classroom, with expert trainers selected by ASphere; assessment of learning by multiple-choice test.
- After the training, we send the certificate of completion, the certificat de réalisation (attendance certificate) and the invoice. Atlas pays after the training: directly to the training provider when payment subrogation is granted, otherwise by reimbursing your company.
IN PRACTICE
Practical arrangements for the bootcamps.
- Access lead time
- Register no later than 15 days before the session starts. With funding from Atlas, file the request on myAtlas one month before the session starts.
- Sequences
- 3-day format: three days from 09:00 to 18:00, with 7 hours of training per day, excluding breaks. Evening format: six evenings from 18:30 to 21:00 and two Saturday mornings from 09:30 to 12:30. 21 hours in total.
- Virtual classroom
- On Google Meet. The connection link is sent before each class, and technical and teaching support remains available throughout the session. Equipment: a computer with an Internet connection, a microphone and a camera.
- Assessment
- A positioning test before the training; case studies and role plays, with a review at the end of each training day; assessment of learning by multiple-choice test at the end of the bootcamp; a satisfaction evaluation at the end of the training, then again a few weeks later.
- Disability
- Our teaching and disability lead, Benjamin Maurice, looks with you at the possible adjustments: write to him through the contact form.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation in writing; less than 5 working days before the start: 50% of the price is invoiced, except in cases of force majeure (illness, accident, death).
- After the training
- We send the certificat de réalisation (attendance certificate) and the certificate of completion.
AI BOOTCAMPS 2027
Four 21-hour AI bootcamps, remote.
€990 per participant, VAT-exempt. Live, in a virtual classroom: 3 consecutive days (Tuesday to Thursday), or 6 evenings and 2 Saturday mornings. 12 participants at most; a session goes ahead once 6 people have registered. Bootcamps are taught in French.
AI applied to marketing and communication

Hand a repetitive task over to an AI agent: choose the right use case, design the agent, build it without coding, then test and deploy it while staying in control.
For: Operations managers, project managers, business owners and employees comfortable with digital tools who want to delegate repetitive tasks to AI agents.

What is the OPCO of an IT services company, an engineering office or a consulting firm?
Atlas, the OPCO (French employer-funded training body) of the branch of engineering offices, consulting engineers and consulting firms (the collective agreement known as Syntec, IDCC 1486). The IDCC number of your collective agreement appears on payslips.
Does Atlas fund remote AI training?
Yes, according to its criteria: Atlas’s general terms accept distance learning, virtual classrooms included, and exclude self-study without any interaction with a trainer. Our bootcamps are taken live, in a virtual classroom, with expert trainers selected by ASphere.
When must the funding request be filed on myAtlas?
Before the first day of training: Atlas’s general terms (February 2026) require the funding request to be sent before the start of the training, through the myAtlas online services. File it as soon as the session is chosen: we send you the agreement and the programme to put it together.
