We prefer what can be verified to what is merely declared: a certification audited by an independent body, companies that have entrusted their teams to us, and a method for measuring satisfaction that we explain rather than reduce to a percentage.
ASphere is Qualiopi-certified for training activities and for the apprenticeship training centre. The certification is awarded by CAPCERT, a body accredited by Cofrac under number 5-0638, after an on-site audit covering thirty-two indicators — including how we collect and process learners’ feedback.

Large industrial and public-sector accounts as well as very small businesses and freelancers: the format changes, the method does not.

Each participant completes a so-called “hot” evaluation: whether the stated objectives were met, the quality of the content and of the delivery, the suitability of the resources, and what should have been done differently.
Responses are collected for all courses, not from a hand-picked sample. Attendance sheets are linked to them: a rating relates to real attendance.
The results feed our indicators and are presented at the certification audit. They are published below, with their sample size and measurement date.
