Bootcamp: AI applied to leadership and management
Use ChatGPT methodically on your real work: phrase requests well, verify, write, summarise, analyse, then share what works with your team.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the bootcamp, you will know how to:
- explain how a language model works, with its strengths and limits;
- write structured prompts that give reliable, reusable results;
- use ChatGPT for business tasks: writing, summarising, analysing documents and data;
- build a prompt library and custom assistants for your team;
- apply confidentiality rules, GDPR and the AI Act to your own use.
PROGRAMME
The programme, in 21 hours.
The same programme in all three formats: 3 consecutive days, on site (Tuesday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00), 3 consecutive days, remote, or 6 evenings and 2 Saturday mornings, remote.

PRICE AND FUNDING
€990 per participant, VAT-exempt.
21 hours of training. Vocational training is exempt from VAT. No online payment: a company receives a training agreement, an individual a vocational training contract.
My CPF, via a partner provider
The CPF (France’s personal training account) can fund certain courses, through a Qualiopi-certified partner training provider that lists the course on Mon Compte Formation. For AI, this is the certification “Développer son activité avec l’intelligence artificielle” (RS7344, certifying body: Webmarketing & Co’m). Enrolment is validated on Mon Compte Formation, and a mandatory flat-rate contribution remains payable by the account holder: €150 in 2026, reviewed every 1 January, unless the employer or the OPCO covers it.

We send you a vocational training contract: you have 10 days to withdraw, and no payment is requested before that period has ended.
France Travail (jobseeker)
Depending on your situation and your plans, France Travail (the French public employment service) may fund the training: we send you the quote and the programme to pass on to your adviser.
- Groups of 12 participants at most; a session goes ahead once 6 people have registered, otherwise we offer you another date.
- Assessment of learning by multiple-choice test at the end of the bootcamp, and a certificate of completion.

Who is the AI bootcamp for leadership and management aimed at?
Business owners, managers and employees who want to use ChatGPT in their work methodically, in a very small business, an SME or a large company. No technical skills are required.
How much does the “AI applied to leadership and management” bootcamp cost?
€990 per participant, VAT-exempt, for 21 hours of training, whichever format you choose. A company can have the training funded by its OPCO (the French employer-funded training bodies).
Which formats and dates are available?
3 sessions until June 2027: January 26 – 28, 2027 (3 days on site, Palaiseau) ; March 15 – 27, 2027 (remote evenings) ; May 11 – 13, 2027 (3 days on site, Palaiseau).
