Data protection policy
In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This policy describes how ASphere processes the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Data controller
The data controller is ASphere, whose registered office is at 2 bis rue Georges Wodli, 57250 Moyeuvre-Grande. For any question, use the contact form.
2. Data collected
The form may collect your last name, first name, email address, phone number, organisation, profile, subject and message.
If you arrived on the site through an advert or a campaign link, the parameters of that address (for example utm_source or utm_campaign, common to all visitors of the same campaign) and the landing page, with the address of the site you came from (its name only, for example that of a search engine, never the specific page), are kept in your browser for the duration of the tab, then erased when it is closed. They describe the campaign that brought you, not you as a person; no click identifier from advertising networks is kept; no cookie is set, and nothing reaches us until you send the form: they are then attached to your request, so that we know which advert or site brought you.
3. Purposes and retention
These data are used to reply to your requests and to guide you towards a training course. They are kept for as long as needed to process the request, then for three years from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
4. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where the right applies, portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Visit recording
Only with your consent, given in the “Help us improve this site” box, audience measurement also records your visit to the site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling) to show us what gets in the way of reading. What you type into forms is always masked and is never recorded. These recordings stay on our servers (Scaleway, France), are neither sold nor shared, and are deleted automatically after 30 days. Without your consent, nothing is recorded.
6. Third-party services
Google Sign-In may offer to identify you in one click: if you accept, your name and email address are passed to us and recorded as a contact request. This service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; transfers outside the European Union may take place, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Recipients
Your data is processed by ASphere and by its hosting providers: Vercel Inc. for the site, Salesforce (Heroku) and Amazon Web Services, Ireland region, for the service that receives contact requests. A copy of each request sent through the form is also recorded in RevenueOS, the sales tracking tool published by ASphere (same data controller), hosted by Scaleway in France, to follow up your request and to know which adverts bring in requests. No data is sold or transferred.
