Training programme

Bootcamp: AI applied to leadership and management

Use ChatGPT methodically on your real work: phrase requests well, verify, write, summarise, analyse, then share what works with your team.

Who it is for
Business owners, managers and employees of small, medium-sized or large companies who want to use ChatGPT in their work, methodically.
Prerequisites
Being able to use a computer, a web browser and an office suite. No technical skills required.
Duration
21 hours
Sequences
3-day format: three days from 09:00 to 18:00, with 7 hours of training per day, excluding breaks. Evening format: six evenings from 18:30 to 21:00 and two Saturday mornings from 09:30 to 12:30. 21 hours in total.
Format
Remote, in a virtual classroom, live with an expert trainer selected by ASphere. The training is delivered in French.
Virtual classroom
On Google Meet. The connection link is sent before each class, and technical and teaching support remains available throughout the session.
Equipment
A computer with an Internet connection, a microphone and a camera.
Group
12 participants at most; session goes ahead once 6 people have registered
Access lead time
Register no later than 15 days before the session starts. With funding from your OPCO, send it the request one month before the session starts.
Price
€990 per participant, VAT-exempt
Funding
We send you the training agreement and the programme to submit to your OPCO (the French employer-funded training body); coverage depends on its rules.
Cancellation
Cancellation in writing; less than 5 working days before the start: 50% of the price is invoiced, except in cases of force majeure (illness, accident, death).
After the training
ASphere sends the certificat de réalisation (attendance certificate) and the certificate of completion.
Format
  • 3 consecutive days, remote : Tuesday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00, in a virtual classroom.
  • 6 evenings and 2 Saturday mornings, remote : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 18:30–21:00, Saturday 09:30–12:30, in a virtual classroom.
  • Private session for your company, remote, on dates agreed together: by quotation.

By the end of the bootcamp, you will know how to:

  • explain how a language model works, with its strengths and limits;
  • write structured prompts that give reliable, reusable results;
  • use ChatGPT for business tasks: writing, summarising, analysing documents and data;
  • build a prompt library and custom assistants for your team;
  • apply confidentiality rules, GDPR and the AI Act to your own use.

  1. Understanding and phrasing well
    • What a language model does, and what it does not do
    • The risks: errors, bias, confidential data
    • Building a prompt: role, context, instruction, format, examples
    • Checking and improving an answer
    • Workshop: your first use cases
  2. ChatGPT in daily work
    • Writing and rephrasing: emails, minutes, proposals
    • Summarising long documents and preparing a meeting
    • Analysing a table or a data file
    • Preparing a presentation and its materials
    • Workshop on your own documents, anonymised
  3. Scaling up and setting boundaries
    • Building your prompt library and sharing it
    • Designing a custom assistant for a recurring task
    • Integrating ChatGPT into a team process
    • Confidentiality, GDPR, AI Act: the usage charter
    • Personal action plan and assessment of learning (multiple-choice test)

Assessment

A positioning test before the training; case studies and role plays, with a review at the end of each training day; assessment of learning by multiple-choice test at the end of the bootcamp; a satisfaction evaluation at the end of the training, then again a few weeks later.
